I believe this piece is a man's dresser with compartments for tie clips, cuff links and coins. The top drawer is deep and the two lower drawers are thinner. The dresser is painted black, leaving some of the original detail in it's original finish.  The piece has a small plaque on the inside of drawer. It was made in PA at the Williamsport Furniture Co
